- The Assistant Manager (DFC) will support the daily operations of the Distribution Fulfillment Center (DFC) by ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and achieving operational goals. This role involves managing a team, optimizing processes, and collaborating with various departments to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of associates to meet daily operational targets and maintain high productivity levels.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards within the DFC.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in the development and training of team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to enhance the DFC’s performance and service delivery.
QualificationsRequired Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial or operational management role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving performance improvements.
- Experience in developing and implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
