- Manage and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Create and manage employee schedules, balancing staffing needs with business demands
- Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure proper cash management procedures are followed
- Provide top-notch customer service and promptly resolve any issues or concerns
- Assist in inventory management, including stock ordering and tracking
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards
- Participate in hands-on tasks such as answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Collaborate with upper management to implement company policies and achieve store goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance store efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with customers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- Food safety certification preferred (e.g., ServSafe)
- Knowledge of local food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
