What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the Front Line: Supervise, train, and inspire our valet crew to deliver 5-star customer service.
Master the Operations: Manage shift schedules, ensure full coverage, and keep operations running smooth and fast.
Be the Client & Guest Liaison: Work closely with casino leadership and handle guest interactions with grace and charm.
Develop Talent: Coach, mentor, and retain top talent while building a culture of teamwork and safety.
Keep Quality High: Perform fun "mystery shop" audits, review daily reports, and spot smart opportunities to make operations even better.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years in a fast paced work environment, parking management preferred
Experience managing a large workforce with a variety of roles and responsibilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
Excellent customer service skills with client focus, and an ability to work with all staff levels
Excellent interpersonal and excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Must be detailed oriented and able to make sound decisions withing assigned deadlines
Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme weather conditions
Must possess a valid drivers license at all times
Must have at least 3 years driving history with a good driving record
Must be able to drive a manual transmission (stick shift)
This is a 7 day operation and some days we provide service 24 hours
Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to stand for long periods of time as well as jog/run on a consistent basis
