The Keene State College Track and Field program is accepting applications for a qualified

Assistant Coach. Reporting to the Head Coach for Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and

Track & Field, the successful candidate will assist the men’s and women’s teams throughout the

Cross country, indoor and outdoor season with additional duties including recruiting,

administration and other duties as assigned.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assists with the planning of all in-season practice sessions and developing an off-season training schedule and program. Work with the Strength and Conditioning coach on off- season conditioning programs
• Assist the head coach with managing all administrative details associated with the program including home meet management, travel arrangements, and apparel/equipment purchases.
• Additional duties including recruiting,administration and other duties as assigned.

Compensation Pay Range:

$15 /hour
