Asset Implementation Specialist

Job Details: Job Location: IN Rockport - Rockport, IN, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Transportation, WE ARE HIRING AN ASSET IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST IN EITHER ROCKPORT, IN OR OWENSBORO, KY.

Summary

The Asset Implementation Specialist will be knowledgeable of Federal DOT and FMCSA regulations as it pertains to the licensing and permitting requirements for DOT Motor Carriers and be able to perform tasks to keep assets (ie. tractors and trailers) in compliance at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Plate and permit tractors and trailers.
Filing and organizing.
Adding and updating asset information to TMT and TMW as needed.
Maintain asset documentation by indexing and organizing tractor and trailer documents in EBE.
Answer emails or calls as needed.
Contact drivers regarding outgoing permits, plates, and transponders.
Other role tasks as deemed necessary by management.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required, college work or completion preferred; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
