We are seeking an Assembly Technician to support our manufacturing operations by performing precision assembly, hardware installation, and component repair.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to support daily manufacturing needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Assemble components and manufactured products according to blueprints, work instructions, customer specifications, and quality standards
Install hardware including bushings, bearings, rivets, cotter pins, crimps, adhesives, and sealants as required
Perform cleaning, assembly, disassembly, repairs, and paint touch-ups throughout the production process
Use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product quality and dimensional accuracy
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, specifications, and job travelers to determine assembly procedures
Inspect completed work and accurately document inspection results and production records
Operate hand tools, precision instruments, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
Maintain a clean, organized, and foreign object damage (FOD)-free work environment
Follow all company quality standards, customer requirements, safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Communicate effectively with team members and support overall production operations

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience with assembly, mechanical, electrical, or aircraft structures.
Ability to use tech data and aircraft drawings to locate part numbers and accomplish repairs
Ability to read/write/speak/understand English

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

 Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers to handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull, balance, carry, and handle materials throughout the day.
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working around machinery and on concrete floors
Proper PPE required and provided
