Job Description

United Security Services Inc. is looking for a part-time Armed Security Patrol Officer to join our team We are looking for team-oriented individuals who can contribute to a positive work environment. This is a part-time position, and hours are based on operational need, with a potential for more hours in the future.

Job Responsibilities:

• Patrol, Observe, and Report for all areas of the assigned facility
• Checking all fire and safety hazards and reporting and abnormalities
• Patrol church grounds
• Monitoring money collections during church services.
• Communicate effectively with guests while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills
• Investigate incidents and create reports by recording observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Have a professional appearance and demeanor
• Other responsibilities as instructed

Requirements:

• A valid, up-to-date Class "G" License
• Must be SSO Certified under state of FL Law 
• Experience preferred
• Comfort with mobility; ability to stand up and walk for 8 hours
• Flexible availability, with shifts varying based on operational need 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ex-law enforcement
• Fire safety experience

This position starts out on a part time/ as needed basis, with potential for more hours in the future. Hiring for all days, shift may vary between 7AM-9PM.
Between 8-32 hours per week based on operational need.
