Job Summary:
Here are the details of your duties in your primary role:
- Oversee and coordinate a team of professionals performing highly technical design projects across multiple geographic regions.
- Lead client meetings and provide other communications to maintain good client relationships through attentive and result-oriented service.
- Develop project priorities and schedules for program deliverables, review meetings with key stakeholders, and bidding / construction procurement.
- Provide team training and Quality Control / Assurance reviews to efficiently develop & deliver highly consistent documents to all program stakeholders.
- Support the construction process by timely response to RFI’s, review of submittals, processing approved change orders, and monthly draw requests.
Qualifications and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you need to meet the following basic requirements:
- Registered Architect, NCARB (National Council of Architecture Registration Board) Certification is a plus
- 5 – 10 Years Experience in commercial, industrial design, government/federal, telecom, or data center experience.
- DBIA (Design-Build Institute of America) Certification or PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or extensive experience with progressive design build a plus.
- You are proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and other visualization tools. Autodesk BIM Certification is a plus.
- You understand building codes and ADA requirements

Location: Remote or in office, flexible
Travel: Up to 25%
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this role is $90,000-$130,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

*FORENSIC ARCHITECTURE- Haag’s forensic architects evaluate construction defects, standard of care, premises liability, building envelope/moisture intrusion, ADA/code compliance, and provide expert witness and litigation support.
*TESTING- Haag's IAS Accredited lab offers material & product testing, roofing desaturation, ice- and steel-ball impact testing, pressure chamber, wind simulator testing and customizable testing.
*CONSTRUCTION CONSULTING- services include restoration and reconstruction consulting, detailed estimates, replacement cost (ITV) assessments, demand appraisals, clerk of works, and construction or property claim litigation support, including delay and quantum claims, and construction defect litigation.
*FIRE O&C- provides fire O&C investigation services, specializing in commercial and complex losses.
*EDUCATION- premier training programs including the Haag Certified Inspector & Haag Certified Reviewer, plus online and classroom seminars, and reference books & tools including Shingle Gauges® and Haag Panel & Membrane Gauge®.
