Apprentice Electrician - Commercial / Light Industrial

Rinvio is hiring Apprentice Electricians for mostly commercial and light industrial electrical work in the Nashville, Tennessee area. Most projects are local to the Nashville area, with occasional travel to job sites approximately 2-3 hours away.

Pay: $24-$25/hour, based on experience

Location: Nashville, TN area

Schedule: Full-time project work; most work is in the Nashville area with occasional projects 2-3 hours out

Type: Full-Time W-2

Responsibilities:

- Assist journeyman electricians and field leads with commercial and light industrial electrical installation work

- Help install conduit, wiring, lighting, devices, panels, supports, raceways, and related electrical systems

- Pull wire, stage materials, keep work areas organized, and support rough-in, trim-out, and punch-list tasks

- Use hand tools and basic power tools safely while following directions, drawings, and jobsite expectations

- Work professionally with foremen, journeymen, site leadership, and other trades

- Follow safety requirements, maintain clean work areas, and complete assigned tasks reliably

Requirements:

- Apprentice-level electrical experience in commercial, industrial, construction, or related field work

- Basic understanding of electrical tools, materials, conduit, wire pulling, devices, and jobsite safety

- Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and work productively as part of an electrical crew

- Reliable transportation to Nashville-area job sites

- Willingness to travel to occasional project sites approximately 2-3 hours from Nashville when needed

- Own basic hand tools and standard PPE preferred

- Dependable, punctual, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements
