Job Description

Our representatives build long-term relationships with clients and provide personalized service through virtual, work-from-home appointments.
Responsibilities
- Distribute benefit enrollment materials and assist with determining eligibility.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with clients.
- Handle incoming client and customer service inquiries.
- Respond promptly to client calls and follow-up requests.
- Assist clients with coverage requests while keeping their individual needs and interests in mind.
- Use our Needs Analysis system to identify client needs and explain available coverage options.
- Maintain accurate client information and enrollment documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training with management to stay informed about products, services, policies, and procedures.
