Midland, TX, US
Summary
The role involves contacting members to schedule phone and virtual appointments while coordinating with licensed professionals. You will manage follow-up calls, maintain accurate scheduling records, and ensure a professional member experience.
Job Description
We partner with thousands of unions and professional organizations throughout North America to help connect their members and families with information about programs available to them.
Our team works with individuals who have already requested information or indicated an interest in learning more. Rather than traditional cold calling or door-to-door outreach, you'll focus on connecting with members, coordinating appointments, answering initial questions, and making sure they are directed to the appropriate licensed professional.
This work-from-home opportunity is a great fit for someone who enjoys communicating with people, staying organized, and managing a busy schedule. You'll receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and established systems to help you become confident in the role.

- Contacting members who have requested program information
- Scheduling phone and virtual appointments at convenient times
- Speaking with members to confirm their interest and explain the next steps
- Coordinating appointments between members and licensed professionals
- Managing follow-up calls and appointment confirmations
- Keeping member information, notes, and scheduling records up to date
- Tracking appointments and ensuring scheduled conversations are completed
- Participating in virtual training, coaching, and development sessions
- Working with your team to maintain a consistent and professional member experience
What We're Looking For
We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are comfortable communicating with others and managing their responsibilities independently.
Successful candidates typically have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A professional and welcoming phone presence
- Good organization and time-management abilities
- Confidence using computers and virtual communication platforms
- The ability to stay focused and productive while working remotely
- Reliability when managing appointments and follow-ups
- A willingness to learn and apply feedback
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- An interest in developing professionally and taking on greater responsibility
Applicants must also be able to complete a routine background check.
What We Provide
You don't need previous experience in appointment setting or sales to get started. Training and ongoing support are provided.
The opportunity includes:
- 100% remote work
- Flexible scheduling
- Weekly compensation
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives
- Comprehensive initial training
- Ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Professional and leadership development
- Opportunities to advance into management
- Recognition for strong performance
- Travel incentives for qualifying team members
Build a Career With Room to Grow
