Summary
You will conduct scheduled phone and virtual appointments to assist members with benefit options and documentation. Additionally, you will maintain ongoing relationships through consistent follow-up and professional service.
Job Description
We work with established unions and professional organizations throughout North America, providing support to members and families who have expressed interest in learning more about their available benefit options.
You’ll connect with individuals who are already expecting information, allowing you to focus on providing a helpful and professional experience rather than traditional prospecting.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with members through scheduled phone and virtual appointments
- Learn about each family’s situation and understand what they’re looking for
- Walk members through available benefit and coverage options
- Answer questions and make information easy to understand
- Assist with applications, documentation, and next steps
- Maintain communication with members after their initial appointment
- Develop lasting relationships through dependable service and follow-up
- Attend virtual training, coaching, and professional development sessions
- Collaborate with a team focused on continuous improvement and growth

Previous experience is not required. Training is provided to help new team members learn the systems, processes, and responsibilities of the position.
