Appointment Setter/ Inside Sales

Remote | Full-Time | Base Pay + Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives
Total Compensation Potential: 50,000 - 70,000+ Annually Based on Performance

As an Appointment Setter, you’re not just making calls or filling a calendar, you’re an important part of the sales process. You’ll connect with homeowners who have already expressed interest in remodeling their bathroom, uncover what matters to them, build value in the consultation, work through hesitation, and confidently earn the appointment.

Your job is to sell the value of the consultation and set the stage for the sale. When you do your job well, our Design Consultants walk into the home with a stronger opportunity to close.

What You’ll Do

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers, while also handling inbound calls as needed.
• Convert new and existing leads into qualified appointments for our Design Consultants
• Ask effective discovery questions to understand each homeowner’s project, needs, motivation, and timeline
• Build value in the consultation and confidently ask for the appointment
• Navigate questions, hesitation, and objections while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Follow up consistently with leads through phone, text, and email
• Re-engage previous opportunities and turn renewed interest into appointments
• Maintain accurate customer information and detailed notes in our CRM
• Work toward clearly defined appointment-setting goals and performance KPIs
• Use coaching, feedback, and performance data to continuously improve your results
• Record and send personalized video messages to homeowners after booking to create a strong, personal connection before their consultation.

This is a high-volume phone environment. You should be comfortable making 100+ calls per day while maintaining strong call quality and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in inside sales, appointment setting, lead conversion, outbound sales, or another performance-driven environment is strongly preferred
• A confident, professional phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong discovery skills and the ability to ask thoughtful questions rather than simply follow a script
• Confidence handling objections and moving conversations toward a clear next step
• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve measurable results
• Resilience, the ability to hear “no” and bring the same confidence to the next opportunity
• Strong accountability, reliability, and follow-through
• A coachable mindset and the ability to quickly turn feedback into action
• The ability to stay focused, productive, and self-motivated in a remote environment
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate CRM and communication systems

Compensation

Total Compensation Potential: 50,000–70,000+ Annually Based on Performance

This position offers a $17.75/hour guaranteed base plus uncapped performance-based incentives tied to the appointments you generate, along with additional bonus opportunities.

There is no set cap on performance-based incentives, giving motivated team members the opportunity to increase their earnings based on the results they produce.

Schedule

This is a full-time, remote position averaging 40 hours per week across five shifts. Schedules may vary based on business needs.

• Weekday shifts fall between 7:45 AM and 7:15 PM Pacific Time
• Weekend shifts fall between 8:45 AM and 5:15 PM Pacific Time
• Weekend availability is required
• All scheduled hours are in Pacific Time
