About the Opportunity
Our organization supports members of thousands of labor unions and associations throughout North America. Members receive access to supplemental benefit programs designed to help provide additional protection for themselves and their families.
Rather than traditional cold calling or door-to-door prospecting, you’ll connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about their available benefits.
Your Responsibilities
- Meet with members through virtual appointments or scheduled consultations
- Review available benefit programs and explain them in straightforward terms
- Answer questions and help members understand their available options
- Assist families throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
- Follow up with members when additional assistance is needed
- Participate in ongoing training and team development
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working with computers and virtual meeting platforms
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage your schedule effectively
- Motivated to learn and develop professionally
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Previous experience is welcome but not required
