We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to join our OEM Division. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of customized solutions for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers.
The Product Management Intern will work closely with product management, sales, operations, and customer-facing teams to help identify customer needs, evaluate technical requirements, and contribute to solution development efforts. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to real-world applications, product integration, customer collaboration, and project management within a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and documentation of application-based solutions for OEM customers.
- Support technical evaluations, product testing, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions.
- Gather, organize, and interpret data related to customer applications, products, and project performance.
- Create technical presentations, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in customer meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional team discussions.
- Help maintain project timelines, action items, and implementation plans.
- Research industry trends, technologies, and market opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist with continuous improvement projects related to products, processes, and customer solutions.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
