ONSITE REQUIREMENT: 4 days a week (room for 1 remote day) - WASHINGTON, DC

Salary range is 140-170k but is dependent upon the candidate's skills, experience, education and certifications.

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of an Application Developer. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting design/development. The place of performance for this position is in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Pega applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements.

Develop and implement Pega applications.
- Customize and configure Pega solutions.
- Integrate Pega with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven development experience with a commitment to upskilling in Pega.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Application Development (Beginner).
- Web Application Development (Beginner).
