Corewell Health, Michigan’s largest health system, is seeking full time and part time CAAs to join our dedicated team. Step into a highly specialized cardiac and vascular anesthesia team at Corewell Health’s Meijer Heart & Vascular Institute, part of a nationally recognized center of excellence.

• Complex endovascular procedures (TEVAR, carotid stents, branched aortic repair)

• State of the Art electrophysiology procedures

This is a high-acuity, team-oriented environment where anesthesiology, critical care, surgery, and cardiology collaborate deeply. Our CAAs are integrated, respected members of the heart team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-level anesthetic care for cathlab and major vascular procedures

• No call required. Opportunity to do elective call shifts available

• Work in collaborative practice model

• 40 hour work week in four 10 hour shifts or two 8s and two 12s.

Qualifications 

• Required master’s degree Master of Science in Anesthesiology (MSA) or Master of Medical Science 

• CRT-At least one License and/or Certification in area of specialty - UNKNOWN Unknown National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistant (NCCAA) upon hire required   

• CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required   

• 1 year of experience in high-acuity ORs preferred; new grads with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply
