Forcepoint is seeking an Anthropic Product Owner and Administrator to join our Enterprise AI team within the Enterprise Systems and Technologies organization. Anthropic's enterprise products power the Forcepoint Intelligence Platform, the internal AI platform used across the company, and this role owns that footprint end to end: administration, security posture, spend, enablement, and the product roadmap for how employees use it. This position sits at the center of company-wide AI adoption and will be highly visible.

The Product Owner and Administrator will manage seats, provisioning, and identity integration; administer connectors that link the platform to systems like Jira, GitHub, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365; and govern which skills, plugins, and capabilities are enabled for which teams. You will run regular license and usage audits so spend stays matched to actual adoption, partner with security on data protection controls, and act as the primary vendor contact for roadmap, support, and contract discussions. Just as important, you will drive adoption: onboarding new teams, building enablement content, gathering feedback, and prioritizing platform improvements that make employees measurably more productive. A successful candidate blends hands-on SaaS administration with genuine product ownership.

How you will work: Remote, USA

Responsibilities:

• Administer the company's Anthropic enterprise environment, including seat provisioning, SSO and directory integration, workspace configuration, and access policies

• Manage connector and integration configuration between the Forcepoint Intelligence Platform and enterprise systems (Jira, GitHub, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and others)

• Govern enablement of skills, plugins, and platform capabilities, balancing employee productivity with security and data protection requirements

• Run recurring license, usage, and access audits; keep spend matched to adoption and report utilization to leadership

• Serve as primary vendor contact with Anthropic for support escalations, roadmap alignment, and renewal or contract inputs

• Own the internal product roadmap: gather user feedback, prioritize improvements, and champion the platform across the company

• Build and deliver the enablement and training program, including new-user onboarding, role-based training, documentation, and office hours, and measure its effect on adoption

• Partner with security teams on AI usage policy, data loss prevention integration, and incident response for the platform

Skills & Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field

• 3+ years of experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms

• Working knowledge of identity and access management (SSO, SCIM, directory services)

• Experience managing software licenses, usage reporting, and vendor relationships

• Strong communication skills and the ability to train and support users at all levels

• Critical thinking and analytical abilities

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Anthropic enterprise products or comparable enterprise AI platforms

• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors and AI tool integrations

• Experience with AI governance, acceptable use policy, or data loss prevention programs

• Experience with Atlassian, Salesforce, or Microsoft 365 administration

• Experience developing training curriculum or enablement content for enterprise software

• Product ownership or product management experience, including roadmap and backlog management

Forcepoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range and variable compensation for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 USD annual represents the low and high end of compensation for this position. Actual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, job-related skills, relevant education or training and performance. The range listed is just one component of Forcepoint's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
