The Anesthesiologist will assist in directing and coordinating activities within the Anesthesia Department and be responsible for the medical management of patients undergoing surgery or other procedures, ensuring they are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain. Key duties include performing pre-anesthesia assessments, obtaining consent, discussing anesthetic options, managing induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, and monitoring the patient's physiological condition.

Total Rewards
Hourly Rate: $300 per hour
Case Assignments
• General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, endo, vascular, GI, Urology, and Podiatry.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Current medical licensure
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
