Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual base compensation: $577,500 
• $20k sign-on 
• 8 weeks PTO
• CME - Up to $5,000 + an additional 1 week off for CME-related activities.

Practice Environment:

• 10 ORs + 2 OBs | 427 beds | L2 6 ORs plus 1 OB Trauma | Starts 7 am to 5 pm and/or 7 am to 7 pm 
• Average 7,388 cases + 1,055 births annually | general, ortho, urology, | hearts, heads, trauma, neuro, peds | + OB (100 deliveries a month) 
• Typical day when not on call runs 7 am to 5 pm; call 1x or 2x a week/post call off; Backup call – response call within 30 minutes 
• Provide direct anesthesia services to Center patients; on average, the clinician will be expected to work 100% clinical  
• Manage incidents or complications 
• Communicate with onsite Medical Director on questions regarding safety and policy and procedure protocols 
• Assist and collaborate with your peers efficiently and effectively to ensure smooth patient care and safety 

Qualifications:

• Active state license | DEA | State CDS 
• Board-certified required 
• ACLS | PALS | BLS
