Job Description

Amazon Delivery Driver

Starting Pay: $24.50 per hour | Overtime: $36.75 per hour

Rudgear Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages from our Livermore, CA delivery station.

No previous delivery experience required. No CDL required. Company vehicle provided.

We are hiring full-time and part-time delivery drivers with immediate openings available.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $24.50 per hour

• Overtime pay: $36.75 per hour

• $125 credit toward work shoes

Schedule

Typical hours are approximately 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Shifts are generally 8–10 hours per day, with schedules available 7 days per week.

Delivery Driver Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening

• Pre-employment drug screening required — cannabis (THC) is not tested

• Must meet applicable driving and background eligibility requirements

• Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

As an Amazon Delivery Driver with Rudgear Logistics, you will:

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle

• Deliver Amazon packages safely and on time

• Use a handheld device for navigation, routing and delivery information

• Load and unload packages

• Get in and out of the delivery van throughout the shift

• Walk and climb stairs throughout the day

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Provide professional and friendly customer service

• Complete your assigned delivery route safely and efficiently

Qualifications

Requirements of all applicants:

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must consent to a background check.
• Must consent to drug test.
• Must be able to lift you to 55lbs during a 10hr shift.
