Experienced Caregiver / Home Care Specialist – Dementia & Neuro Care
Company: Executive Home Care of San Diego
Pay: $19–$23/hour (DOE)
Location: Greater San Diego (La Jolla, Coronado, Point Loma, Downtown, El Cajon, La Mesa, Santee, Jamul)
Schedule: Flexible | Full-time & Part-time | Priority for open availability

What You’ll Do
- Deliver ADL support (bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting) with dignity and respect
- Provide specialized memory care, including redirection, routine support, and safety monitoring
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention using proper techniques
- Offer meaningful companionship and cognitive engagement
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment
- Coordinate and complete errands and transportation as needed
- Observe and report changes in condition with professionalism and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years of professional caregiving experience
- Experience with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, ALS, or Parkinson’s clients
- Strong understanding of client safety, behavior management, and disease progression
- Professional, reliable, and emotionally intelligent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while following a care plan
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
