Job Description
Amazing Athletes of Wilmington is a four-time consecutive, award-winning company for its enrichment programs and camps. Do you want to become part of this winning team? We are seeking coaches for our Multi-Sport programs. New Coaches can work *10-25 classes a week, begin at $15 per hour (training), and can earn up to $25 per hour, based on performance. Our programs come with ready-made curriculums. Paid training gets coaches up to speed quickly.
EXPERIENCE WITH SPORTS IS NOT REQUIRED
- Must be willing to travel to coach within The Greater Wilmington area
- Coaches ideally live within 30 minutes of the center of the territory
- Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass NC comprehensive background check with fingerprinting.
- Desire to provide long-term commitment to develop within this growing company.
- Available to start and train for a few hours each week, within 2 weeks of hire date.
Amazing Athletes provides a year-round, structured curriculum that introduces children to 10 different ball sports and helps them to master 6 key areas of motor-development. Our program is taught in a non-competitive, learning-based environment. We work with each child at their own progression level to ensure they are able to reach their highest potential.
Each weekly class focuses on two different sports and one area of motor-development. Also incorporated into each class are activities designed to improve the young child’s hand-eye coordination, muscle tone, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and more.
