What You Will Be Doing

ChargePoint is seeking an Alliance Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for the strategic partnership with Eaton. In this role, you will develop and drive the joint go-to-market strategy to achieve shared pipeline and revenue objectives, translating business priorities into impactful messaging, offers, campaigns, and sales activation programs. You will identify priority markets, customer segments, use cases, and growth opportunities, while building integrated marketing initiatives across campaigns, account-based marketing, events, webinars, and strategic customer programs. Working closely with stakeholders across ChargePoint and Eaton, you will establish a consistent operating cadence, align priorities, evaluate performance, and optimize programs to deliver measurable business results.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Develop and execute the joint ChargePoint and Eaton marketing strategy aligned to shared pipeline and revenue goals. 
• Identify target markets, customer segments, key use cases, and growth opportunities for the partnership. 
• Create joint messaging, value propositions, offers, and content that communicate the value of the combined solution. 
• Build and manage integrated go-to-market programs, including campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, events, webinars, and strategic customer engagements. 
• Develop sales activation programs, tools, and resources that enable both organizations to identify opportunities, engage customers, and advance joint solutions. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across ChargePoint and Eaton to align priorities and drive execution. 
• Establish performance measurement processes and optimize programs based on pipeline and revenue outcomes. 
• Drive program execution from strategy development through implementation and ongoing improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience. 
• Experience in alliance, partner, channel, field, or demand generation marketing. 
• Experience leading marketing initiatives for a strategic technology, ecosystem, or channel partnership. 
• Demonstrated success developing integrated marketing programs that generate demand and measurable pipeline. 
• Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market strategies, sales activation, and demand generation. 
• Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across complex organizations.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and drive programs across multiple teams.

Preferred Requirements 

• Experience in EV charging, energy, electrical infrastructure, technology, or other complex B2B markets.

Location

US - Remote

The base salary range for this role is $128,695 – $170,200 per year. In addition, this position is eligible for annual merit-based RSU grants. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); paid time off; parental leave; life and disability insurance; and wellness resources.

Compensation may be adjusted based on work location.
