Under the supervision of the Assistant Airport Manager, the Service Attendant processes service requests from customers, answers the telephone, assists with inventory control measures, and performs general administrative and customer service functions for the Airport Division.

Pay: $18.42 per hour

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Minimum of one-year experience in customer service, travel industry, aviation operations or computer applications required
• Valid State driver’s license and acceptable driving record required and
• Must be at least 18 years of age

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of standard office practices and principles
• Knowledge of multiple line telephone. Skills in the usage of other office equipment
• Exceptional customer service, time management and effective communication skills
• Skill in the operation of a computer including Microsoft Office Suite software, FBO/concierge point of sale software
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining the overall goals for the division
• Ability to prioritize and exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations when making decisions

Work schedule:

Saturday 8am-6pm

Sunday 8am-6pm

When needed Monday 6am-11am
