Your Role in the Passenger’s Journey:

• Check-In Duties: Assist passengers with check-in, process travel documents, and ensure baggage is properly tagged.
• Boarding & Departures: Provide important flight information, make boarding announcements, and verify passenger documentation.
• Problem Solving: Address passenger inquiries, assist with ticketing concerns, and de-escalate situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Safety & Security: Follow strict airport safety and security protocols to ensure compliance at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to create a seamless airport experience for travelers.

Shifts Available (Part-Time):

4–5-hour shifts available for the following time slot:

• 9:00AM - 1:00PM
• 7:00PM - 11:00PM
• 10:00PM - 2:00AM - $2.00 additional per hour late night shift pay once probation is successfully completed

Must be available to work at least 4 days per week, including weekends and holidays.

“Because Pacific Aviation operates in the international section of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, all employees must be able to obtain and maintain all required airport security credentials, including a U.S. Customs and Border Protection Seal and airport badge. Obtaining and maintaining these credentials may require presentation of certain identification documents and successful completion of any security review, credentialing process, or background check required by the airport, TSA, and/or U.S. Customs and Border Protection.”
