Our client is a fast-growing fintech company building AI-powered financial research products for investors, hedge funds, and financial professionals worldwide.

With a team of approximately 30 people distributed across the UK, Spain, and Europe, the company operates as a fully remote, output-driven organization focused on building cutting-edge AI solutions on top of large-scale financial datasets.

As the business continues to grow, they are looking to hire multiple AI-native software engineers who are passionate about leveraging modern AI coding tools and building products that solve complex real-world problems.

About the Role

We are looking for an AI-Native Full Stack JavaScript Engineer who enjoys building modern web applications while using AI as a core part of the software development workflow.

This is not a traditional software engineering role. The ideal candidate already relies on tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI-assisted development environments and sees AI as an essential productivity multiplier.

You'll help build next-generation financial research products powered by large language models and unstructured financial data.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full stack web applications using the JavaScript ecosystem

• Develop AI-powered features and workflows for financial research products

• Work with structured and unstructured financial data

• Collaborate closely with the CTO and product team

• Use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) as part of your daily development process

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

• Contribute ideas to product and technical discussions

Requirements

Must Have

• Strong experience as a Full Stack JavaScript Engineer

• Experience building modern web applications

• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as:

  • Claude Code

  • Codex

  • or equivalent AI-assisted development tools

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Experience processing or working with large datasets

• Fintech or financial data experience

• Startup or high-growth company experience

Location

The company is remote-first.

Preferred locations:

• United Kingdom

• Spain

• Eastern Europe

Exceptional candidates from elsewhere in Europe will also be considered.

While reasonable overlap with the team is expected, working hours are highly flexible. Engineers are trusted to manage their own schedules as long as they consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
