AI for Finance Coach

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI for Finance Coach based in the United States.

This remote contract role is designed for experienced finance professionals who actively use AI to improve financial analysis and decision-making.
You will coach students and professionals on applying AI to practical challenges across investing, corporate finance, fintech, and related fields.
Your expertise will help learners leverage AI for financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, research, and strategic decision-making.
The role combines strong financial knowledge with the ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into clear, actionable professional guidance.
You will work directly with ambitious learners seeking to build modern, AI-enabled finance skills and advance their careers.
Coaches set their own hours and rates while conducting sessions virtually in a flexible, independent environment.

Accountabilities

• Coach students and professionals on practical applications of AI across finance-related functions and career paths.

• Help mentees apply AI to financial analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, research, and decision-making.

• Provide practical guidance on using AI to improve the efficiency, quality, and depth of financial insights.

• Share real-world strategies, workflows, tools, and best practices based on hands-on experience applying AI in finance.

• Translate complex AI concepts and emerging technologies into clear, practical recommendations that learners can apply to their work.

• Adapt coaching sessions to individual mentees’ professional backgrounds, goals, technical capabilities, and areas of interest.

• Help learners understand how AI can be integrated into finance workflows while maintaining sound analytical and professional practices.

• Provide actionable feedback and mentorship to help learners develop stronger AI-enabled finance capabilities.

• Conduct virtual coaching sessions and contribute to a high-quality, engaging learning experience.

• Stay current with developments in AI, financial technology, analytical tools, and emerging applications within the finance industry.

Requirements

• Professional experience in finance, investing, corporate finance, fintech, financial analysis, or another closely related discipline.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI in finance-related work to improve insights, efficiency, analysis, or business outcomes.

• Strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, research, or financial decision-making.

• Experience applying AI to practical finance workflows, with the ability to explain how these tools can be used effectively in professional settings.

• Ability to translate technical or complex AI concepts into clear, practical guidance for learners with different levels of experience.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring skills.

• Ability to provide structured, actionable advice grounded in real-world finance experience.

• Comfortable working independently in a flexible, fully remote contract environment.

• Professional experience at a recognizable or established organization in finance or a related field is strongly aligned with the role.

• Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability toward rapidly evolving AI technologies and their applications in finance.
