This remote contract role is designed for experienced data and analytics professionals who use AI to enhance analytical workflows and business decision-making.
You will coach students and professionals on applying AI to data analysis, reporting, forecasting, visualization, and workflow automation.
Your expertise will help learners use AI to work more efficiently while improving the quality and impact of their analytical outputs.
The role combines strong analytical knowledge with the ability to translate advanced AI applications into clear, practical guidance.
You will work directly with ambitious professionals seeking to build modern, AI-enabled data and analytics capabilities.
Coaches set their own hours and rates while conducting sessions virtually in a flexible, independent environment.

Accountabilities

• Coach students and professionals on practical applications of AI across data, analytics, and business intelligence functions.

• Help mentees leverage AI for data analysis, reporting, insights generation, forecasting, dashboard development, and workflow automation.

• Guide learners in identifying opportunities to use AI to improve analytical speed, efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.

• Share practical workflows, tools, techniques, and best practices based on hands-on experience using AI in analytical environments.

• Help mentees integrate AI into existing data and analytics processes while maintaining effective analytical and business practices.

• Translate complex AI and data concepts into clear, actionable guidance for learners with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Adapt coaching sessions to each learner’s professional background, objectives, technical capabilities, and specific analytical challenges.

• Provide practical feedback and troubleshooting guidance to help learners improve their AI-enabled analytical workflows.

• Help learners understand how AI can support better insights, reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.

• Conduct virtual coaching sessions and contribute to a practical, engaging, high-impact learning experience.

• Stay current with AI tools, analytics technologies, data workflows, visualization solutions, and emerging applications of AI in analytical work.

Requirements

• Professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, reporting, or another closely related analytical discipline.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI to improve analytical processes, efficiency, insights, reporting, or decision-making.

• Strong knowledge of data analysis, reporting, forecasting, dashboarding, visualization, or related analytical workflows.

• Experience applying AI to practical data and analytics use cases, with the ability to explain how these technologies can be used effectively.

• Familiarity with relevant AI, analytics, data visualization, automation, or business intelligence tools and technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and business questions into practical solutions.

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and provide actionable guidance to professionals with different levels of technical expertise.

• Strong communication, coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt coaching sessions to different industries, professional backgrounds, and analytical objectives.

• Comfortable working independently in a flexible, fully remote contract environment.

• Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability as AI and data technologies continue to evolve.
