This role is designed for experienced project managers leading complex AI, machine learning, and technology initiatives.
You will oversee projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, resources, and business objectives remain aligned.
The position requires close collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
You will operate across AI/ML, cloud technologies, data initiatives, and Agile delivery environments.
Strong communication and leadership will be essential for navigating dependencies, priorities, risks, and competing project demands.
The fully remote environment provides flexibility while supporting collaboration across distributed teams.

Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, machine learning, and technical projects, from initial planning and requirements through implementation and completion.

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and delivery strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across technical, business, and operational stakeholders.

• Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and deliverables to maintain effective execution.

• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex AI and technology concepts into clear project plans and decisions.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining priorities, quality, and delivery commitments.

• Apply Agile methodologies and practices to support iterative development, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee projects involving cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure environments.

• Identify project risks and blockers, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when appropriate.

• Provide regular project updates, status reporting, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience focused on AI, technology, software, or related technical initiatives.

• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, technologies, and project delivery considerations.

• Experience managing cloud-based technology projects, particularly within AWS and/or Azure environments.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and dependencies.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build productive relationships across technical and business teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery frameworks.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, distributed, and evolving technology environment.

• PMP or a comparable project management certification is preferred.

• Experience with data initiatives, data management, or data-focused technology projects is advantageous.
