Job Description
Provides ground assistance to passengers departing and arriving on Vacations-Hawaii chartered flights. Assists in the efficient transfer of passengers arriving and departing on inter-island airline chartered flights. Meets, greets, and provides general direction and instruction on tour packages.
Job Functions
- Meet arriving flights, assist with passenger and baggage check-in.
- Assist at security check points and facilitate handling of passengers needing special assistance.
- Facilitate the boarding of all passengers.
- Assist arriving passengers with baggage problems, including damaged or lost items.
- Assist transit passengers who connect form charter to inter-island flights.
- Other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Prior related experience strongly preferred.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
