Are you passionate about helping children grow, learn, and succeed? Join Rebound Therapies, a home & community‐focused therapy provider dedicated to promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and independence. We are expanding in Lansing, MI! You’ll be part of a team that listens, cares more, and uses evidence‐based practice to make a real difference in the lives of families. We are specifically looking for afterschool care staff between the hours of 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM Monday through Friday. Pay starting at $20/hour!

What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
- Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
- Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
- Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time).

- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
- Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
- Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
- Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.
