Affiliate Manager (AI Product)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Affiliate Manager (AI Product) based in United States.

The Affiliate Manager will manage and scale an existing network of affiliate partners across multiple commercial models.
You will own partner onboarding, technical setup, performance monitoring, optimization, and ongoing relationship management.
The role combines commercial partnership management with hands-on expertise in tracking, attribution, analytics, and traffic quality.
You will use performance data to identify opportunities, improve underperforming placements, and support sustainable partner growth.
Working closely with Business Development, you will help launch new partnerships and ensure they are technically configured and performing effectively.
You will also maintain accurate partner and reporting infrastructure while investigating discrepancies and emerging performance issues.
This is an international, remote role suited to an analytical and technically confident professional working in a fast-moving AI product environment.

Accountabilities:

• Manage and scale an existing affiliate partner portfolio across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid commercial models.
• Handle the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, creative selection, landing page setup, tracking configuration, quality assurance, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor daily and weekly partner KPIs, including traffic quality, conversion rates, CPA, ROI, and placement performance.
• Identify underperforming traffic and work directly with partners to implement optimization strategies and improve results.
• Maintain tracking and reporting infrastructure, including postback/S2S configurations, and investigate discrepancies between partner and internal statistics.
• Keep the affiliate partner database accurate and up to date, including contacts, commercial terms, geographic coverage, status, and next steps.
• Support Business Development with the launch and scaling of new custom partnerships once commercial terms have been established.
• Manage technical setup, initial monitoring, and early-stage optimization for newly launched partnerships.
• Monitor competitor affiliate programs and share relevant market insights and opportunities with the wider team.
• Maintain strong partner communication and ensure affiliate activities align with applicable advertising platform requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle affiliate account management, including partner onboarding, creative and landing page setup, tracking implementation, and scaling.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and Hybrid models, as well as affiliate channel economics, traffic quality, and fraud risks.
• Technical literacy in tracking technologies, pixels, postbacks, server-to-server (S2S) tracking, attribution, and basic API usage.
• Experience managing partner pipelines, CRM systems, and affiliate databases with strong attention to data accuracy and organization.
• Analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret performance dashboards, identify anomalies, and turn data into optimization decisions.
• Understanding of advertising platform compliance requirements and best practices.
• Confident use of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for research, analysis, communication, and daily workflow support.
• Strong business English skills, both written and verbal, with confidence communicating with international partners and leading partner calls.
• Comfortable working independently, managing multiple partners and priorities, and taking ownership of performance outcomes.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
