Aesthetic Injector - Med Spa (NP, PA, or RN)

VIO Med Spa Deerfield is hiring an experienced injector at a North Shore spa, in a catchment where household incomes run among the highest in the Chicago area. The spa is newer, so there is real room to grow the patient base.

About This Spa

VIO Med Spa Deerfield opened in December in The Shops at Deerfield Square, on Waukegan Road. It is a single location, owned and operated locally by a two-owner team who are in the building and involved in the day to day, alongside a nurse practitioner on site most days of the week.

The menu is built around injectables, with skin treatments including HydraFacial and RF microneedling, laser and light therapy, and wellness. You practice with day-to-day autonomy under established, offsite medical director oversight, with a clear escalation path for clinical questions.

What You Will Do

• Perform neurotoxin and hyaluronic acid dermal filler treatments independently
• Plan and deliver full-face treatment rather than treating one area at a time
• Deliver biostimulator treatments including Sculptra
• Own the patient relationship from consult through follow-up, and build the membership base

Requirements

What You Need

• Active Illinois license as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse, in good standing. NP or PA preferred
• Ready to inject neurotoxin and filler independently from day one, not after a ramp
• Facial balancing experience, planning a full face rather than a single area
• Available for alternating Saturdays

Nice to Have

• Laser and light therapy experience. Welcome, not required
• RF microneedling or comparable energy device experience. Welcome, not required
• Biostimulator experience, Sculptra in particular. Preferred, not required
• An established patient following on the North Shore or in the north suburbs

If you are a strong injector who has not worked with biostimulators or devices, that is still worth a conversation. Injectable skill is what matters here.

Benefits

Schedule and Compensation

$65 to $75 per hour for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, and $50 to $55 per hour for a Registered Nurse, commensurate with injectable experience and scope of practice. Some job boards require a posted range, so this band is published for that purpose and the spa sets the final offer.

On top of base you earn a monthly bonus on the production you personally drive, plus an incentive on every new membership you bring in. We will walk you through exactly how it works on our first call.

Full-time runs 35 to 40 hours a week and part-time starts at 20 hours, which is a real book without a five day commitment. Every schedule includes alternating Saturdays, and the owners will flex the weekly pattern for the right clinician.
