About the Role

The Program Manager coordinates programs for large key customers, including accounts with multiple locations and stakeholders. This role aligns customer priorities with Canon teams, oversees execution, resolves issues, and provides clear program visibility to customers and Canon leadership.

Your Impact

-Key Responsibilities  Serve as the main program-management contact for assigned large customers.  Understand each customer goals, locations, stakeholders, priorities, and commitments.  Maintain an account program plan covering active projects, milestones, owners, risks, and next steps.  Support customer retention, expansion, and consistent experience across locations.  Coordinate implementations, installations, expansions, upgrades, and relocations across customer sites.  Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and changes.  Confirm site readiness and adapt plans to local requirements.  Ensure smooth operational handoffs and follow-up on performance and open actions.  Align customer stakeholders with Sales, Service, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Finance, Legal, and other teams.  Lead customer reviews, project meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.  Drive decisions and accountability across teams without direct authority. Communication and Issue Resolution  Provide clear updates on progress, decisions, risks, financial considerations, and required actions.  Coordinate escalations, recovery plans, communications, and resolution.  Set realistic expectations and align customer needs with Canon commitments and capabilities.  Reporting and Improvement  Maintain dashboards, action logs, risk registers, and executive-level reporting.  Track milestones, customer outcomes, financial performance, service trends, and program health.  Identify recurring issues and improve processes, tools, and delivery consistency. Measures of Success  Customer satisfaction, retention, and value realization.  Achievement of milestones and customer commitments.  On-time, within-scope, and financially responsible delivery.  Timely resolution of risks, issues, and escalations.  Clear stakeholder alignment, action ownership, and reporting.  Consistent use of program standards and continuous improvement.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Education and Experience  Bachelors degree in business, project management, operations, engineering, supply chain, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Master degree preferred.  Seven or more years of project or program management experience with complex customer- facing programs.  Experience supporting large customers with multiple locations, stakeholders, and workstreams.  Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.  Production print, manufacturing, automation, logistics, technology deployment, or equipment implementation experience preferred.  PMP certification is preferred, or ability to obtain within 12 months.  Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 certifications preferred. Skills and Competencies  Strong planning, risk management, financial tracking, problem-solving, and change-management skills.  Clear executive and customer communication.  Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and organizational influence.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, CRM, or portfolio- management tools preferred.  Ability to travel and manage priorities across locations and time zones as needed.  Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, project portfolio management tools, risk management methodologies, financial analysis, and budgeting.    We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $96,880.-145,090 annually.

Hybrid - This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office three days a week and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days).
