Powers Health Hospital Outpatient Center - Wicker – Saint John, Indiana

Community Immediate Care – Munster, Indiana

Community Hospital Outpatient Center - Harvest – Schererville, Indiana

• Facility hours are 9am-8pm M-F and 8am-4:30pm Sat/Sun; closed major holidays.
• Epic EMR.
• Higher acuity; typical UC procedures required.
• On-site lab and imaging during facility hours.
• Standard point of care testing.

Salary range for this role is $63 - $70 per hour depending on experience. Please speak with a recruiter for more information.
