What You’ll Champion:
- Seeking a full-time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to provide nephrology care across three outpatient dialysis centers in the York, PA market, including DaVita Roosevelt Avenue, DaVita York Saint Charles Way, and US Renal Care West York, with one dedicated week each month providing inpatient nephrology support at WellSpan York Hospital.
- Ideal candidate is an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage patient care across multiple practice settings.
- Strong new graduate Nurse Practitioners with prior dialysis RN experience are encouraged to apply and will receive support from an experienced nephrology team.
- Full-time schedule consisting of Monday through Friday, five 8-hour shifts, with rotating start times to support clinic and hospital coverage needs.
- Participate in a shared call rotation with practice providers. Call coverage includes responsibility for one hour before and one hour after scheduled shifts. Additional call stipend available.
