Job Details: Job Location: Camden County* - Magnolia, NJ 08049, Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00Hourly, There are 4 Delicate patients in need of a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), details listed below.
Case #1:
Special Needs Young Adult Case Location: Berlin, NJ (Care provided in client’s home)
Schedule: - Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours a week available, part-time or full-time available)
Case #2:
Adult Case Location: Blackwood, NJ (Care provided in client’s home)
Schedule: - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (15 hours a week available)
Case #3:
Adult Case Location: Vorhees, NJ (Care provided in client’s home)
Schedule: - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (36 hours a week available)
Case #4:
Adult Case Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Care provided in client’s home)
Schedule: - Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM (30 hours a week available, part-time or full-time available)
Responsibilities
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including hygiene, grooming, and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Accompany client on walks and participate in favorite activities (dancing, singing, watching movies)
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide Medication Reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan and maintain accurate daily documentation
• Support client in maintaining a safe, engaging, and positive home environment
