Job Details: Job Location: UCP Main Office - Hauppauge, NY, Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00Hourly, Looking for a fun, active role where you can make a real difference?

What You’ll Do:

Assist with daily needs such as meals, mobility, and personal care while treating everyone with dignity and respect 
Support fun activities, games, and community outings 
Encourage independence and help individuals build confidence and life skills 
Safely transport individuals using agency vehicles (including wheelchair lifts and tie-downs)
Maintain simple, accurate documentation (daily notes, attendance, logs) 
Work as part of a team to create a positive, engaging environment 

What You Need:

High School Diploma or GED preferred 
Valid NYS Driver’s License required 
Experience in caregiving (HHA, CNA, PCA, etc.) is a plus—but not required (paid training provided) 
Ability to assist with hands-on care, including lifting
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
