Frontend and Backend JD Job Summary AEM Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions in commerce domain using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Required Qualifications Experience
· 11+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience. · 5+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience. · Experience delivering enterprise CMS and digital experience platforms. Technical Skills · Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service · Java, J2EE · Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR · HTL (Sightly), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Vue JS · AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, MSM, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments · REST APIs and Microservices Architecture · Git, Maven, Cloud Manager
Preferred Qualifications
· Adobe Certified Professional or Expert certification in AEM Cloud. · Experience with Vue Js, or Headless CMS architectures. · Knowledge of cloud platforms such AWS. Soft Skills · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. · Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. · Problem-solving and analytical thinking. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
