Admissions Systems & Operations Analyst (Admissions and Joint Degree Programs)

We are seeking an Admissions System & Operations Analyst who will serve as a key member of the Operations function of Admissions. The Analyst will support the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and development of admissions systems. The Analyst will build communications, report data, and manage the Slate CRM system for the Admissions office. The Analyst will ensure relevant systems operate optimally and facilitate the processing of student applications across all channels.

The Admissions Systems & Operations Analyst is a remote position that supports the Office of Admissions, within the Global Enrollment and Recruitment division serving the Washington, DC; Bologna; and Nanjing campuses. This role maintains application files, reviews applicant records and transcripts, verifies requirements and waiver eligibility, supports system workflows, and escalates errors and exceptions. The coordinator also runs Slate CRM queries, enters CRM data through report forms and templates, updates SharePoint document libraries, refreshes reporting data, and performs quality checks to ensure admissions data, records and reports are accurate and current.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Problem-solve issues in Slate CRM and other technology systems.
• Solve technical and functional issues to increase operational functionality. Elevate the most complex issues.
• Monitor business requirements, identify gaps in current functionality and features, suggest enhancements, and assist with the build of new features.
• Support the development usage of Slate CRM system alongside the Systems & Operations leadership.
• Manage the functionality of features including events and forms, query and report, communications, material, portals, and data integrations.
• Support the user experience, access, and development for internal staff, external office use, and prospective students in technology environments.
• Create, edit, and run data queries and reports in Slate, and Microsoft Excel.
• Serve as a resource to current and potential students, campus representatives, and the public about data, material, and processing
• Perform other related duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• One year of related experience.

• Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond HS diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field.

Technical Qualifications & Specialized Certifications

• Proficiency in admissions systems (e.g., Slate or similar CRM systems)
• Ability to create and edit formulas and pivot tables in Excel.
