Administrator Learning Management - Per Diem (Hybrid) - 11038

Position Summary

The Health Stream Administrator is responsible for the administration of the HealthStream Learning Platform for the California Hospitals, PMS and PMH. Works closely with HR, Nursing Administration, HealthStream Administrators and Education, and supports the organization in assigning courses, creating student groups. building custom courses in Health Stream, managing LMS related classroom activities, running reports, supporting other administrators and implementing best practices in the use of HealthStream.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Management, Technology or related field
• Two (2) years of experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
• One (1) year experience as LMS content publisher or administrator
• MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) expertise
• Strong analytic, problem solving and collaborative skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems and follow through until resolution
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, work independently and collaborate with team members
• Excellent communication skills including writing and speaking and presentation
• Ability to promote and maintain good interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in customer service and technical support

Essential Job Functions / Major Areas of Responsibility

• Acts as the point person for issues and questions regarding HealthStream. Leads or actively participates in the resolution of system/training issues with subject matter expert(s) and ensures the resolution of issues are completed in a timely manner. Documents issues and improves processes where on-going/repeat issues are occurring.
• Provides recognized knowledge of features, functionality and utilization of the HealthStream system. Acts as a liaison between Human Resources and business operations to properly align educations design with operational processes. Follows documented processes to maintain data integrity, access and security.
• Participates in organization/hospital/department compliance education activities related to reporting, enforcing requirements, and entering credits and exemptions. Generates reports to monitor training compliance and provides reports to the business of course completions.
• Uploads, manages and organizes training content created in-house to HealthStream. Communicates directly with customers to assess and document their requests including course development and student group assignments.
• Supports end-users of HealthStream and their onboarding teams with system access and completion of new hire education requirements. Ensures appropriate communication to new hires.
• Provides technical support and end-user training to new and existing HS administrators. Collaborates with subject matter experts/local administrators to create informational material and aides for end-user training.

Pay rate: Min - $50.00 l Max - $77.00
