Responsibilities

• Manage and organize all office tasks
• Answer business phones and handle requests
• Execute defined procedures/processes to eliminate errors
• Effectively use office software(s) to 
  • Schedule appointments
  • Provide quotes
  • Order Products
  • Manage product delivery and installation
• Resolve customer reported issues or escalate
• Follow up with suppliers, customers and colleagues regarding issues or questions
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook
• Schedule and attend regular meetings with Marketing partners
• Regularly update website and Google Business Profile
• Create and follow up on unpaid invoices
• Manage incoming emails, including determining which need urgent action and alerting owner 

Qualifications

• MUST reside near the Baltimore, MD area
• Working knowledge of office software and equipment
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, general social media management, and use of technology overall
• Preferred: previous experience with CRM platforms including Podium and Touchpoint
