About the Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support leadership and daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, meetings, and travel coordination.
- Support board and committee meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up.
- Process mail, packages, checks, documents, and shipments.
- Maintain office supplies, files, and administrative records.
- Coordinate with vendors, conference organizers, and external contacts.
- Assist with expense reports and special administrative projects.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
What You Bring:
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and calendaring systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of administrative, executive assistant, or related experience preferred.
