Administrative Assistant, Veterinary Department (Part- Time)

Our Veterinary department is currently seeking a Part- Time Administrative Assistant who is passionate about learning new things and giving our guests the best possible experience. 

This position is responsible for providing administration support and assistance to the Veterinary Department, especially managing records, water quality reports, inventory and invoicing. In addition, they will collaborate with department personnel to assist with budgeting, anesthesia reporting and lab results. 

This position reports to the Director of Animal Health and Nutrition, is part- time nonexempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and requires up to 28 hours per scheduled workweek. 

Minimum Training & Experience 

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ years of age or older.
• Experience with records management, office organization
• Experience with medical records keeping system
• Experience with ZIMS a plus!
• Pre-employment screenings and background check are required
