Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
We are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to provide front desk coverage and administrative support at Riverside’s Main Office in Dedham for approximately six weeks.
The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist responsibilities will include:
- greeting visitors
- answering and directing calls
- coordinating mail and deliveries
- managing conference room schedules
- maintaining shared office areas and supplies
- assisting Human Resources and Executive Leadership with administrative projects as needed
Because this position may have access to sensitive information, discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Schedule: Temporary for approximately 6 weeks; Part Time 20 hours/week
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 12:30pm
This position does not include benefits.
Following the initial assignment, there may be an opportunity to continue in a relief capacity to cover vacations and other occasional staffing needs.
Future relief shifts may vary based on coverage needs and could be scheduled from either 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Rate: $20.60/hourly
