Job Details: Job Location: Brookstone Estates of Olney - Olney, IL, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00Hourly, Job Shift: 1st shift, Responsibilities:
Manages external callers and visitors, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization, providing assistance and directing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Performs various administrative tasks, such as coordinating meetings and conferences, maintaining sign-in documentation, and other tasks as assigned
Efficiently manages Community financial operations including accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
Manages resident billing procedures, ensuring compliance with collection policies and maintaining record-keeping standards
Provides human resource support to the Executive Director including assisting with interviews, new hire processing, onboarding compliance, and orientation
Oversees modifications in resident and employee statuses, ensuring all records are kept up-to-date, organized, and compliant with policy and regulation
Engages with residents and families in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
Qualifications: Qualifications:
High School graduate or GED equivalent
Prior experience in Senior Living preferred
Proficient understanding of HR functions, including onboarding and orientation
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Displays readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
