Job Details: Job Location: NSC-Gastonia Catherine Booth Gardens - Gastonia, NC, Position Type: Part Time with Benefits 20 or More, Education Level: High School Diploma/GED, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Admin Support, PROVIDES A VARIETY OF CLERICAL AND SECRETARIAL WORK, PERFORMS TYPING AND FILING AS A MAJORITY OF THE RESPONSIBILIES. PROCESSES A VARIETY OF ROUTINE PAPERWORK FOR OFFICE OPERATIONS AND PREPARES MINUTES FOR MEETINGS. ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE AND PROVIDES GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE OFFICE OPERATIONS AND/OR SERVICES.
ALSO ASSISTS WITH RESIDENT ACTIVITIES, HELPING AS NEEDED PREPARING FOR SAID ACTIVITIES AND SCHEDULED OUTINGS WITH RESIDENTS AND DRIVES THE PASSENGER BUS TO SCHEDULED LOCATION ON A REGULAR BASIS.
PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED AND DRIVERS LICENSE REUUIRED.
PERSONAL COMPUTER AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT USE PREFERRED
TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PERFORMING SECRETARIAL TASKS IN A GENERAL OFFICE
OR
ANY EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE WHICH PROVIDES THE NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE TO PERFORM SAID TASKS
