Administrative Assistant I

Job Details: Job Location: Dallas, TX - Irving, TX, Salary Range: Undisclosed, The Administrative Assistant will administratively support the Site Development & Integration team projects by performing day-to-day tasks involving the management and reporting for clinical trials conducted at DM Clinical Research.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Completing DMCR-required training, including GCP and IATA.
Maintaining a working knowledge of current FDA regulations, GCP/ICH guidelines, organizational SOPs, guidance -documents and study protocols.
Performing administrative tasks to support as assigned by Site Development and Integration team.
Supply ordering and inventory maintenance.
Assisting with administrative tasks to include, but not limited to, document preparation, file organization, correspondence, and presentation.
Scheduling appointments and planning for meetings.
Travel to other sites to either perform the duties of an administrative assistant or train new AAs.
Any other matters as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Education:

High school diploma required

Experience:

One year experience with spreadsheets
One year of experience with GSuite
One year experience either taking meeting minutes, scribing, data transcription or a combination of the
three.

Strong organizational
Communication (both verbal and written)
Time management skills
Strong computer skills
Detail  Oriented.
Typing speed 40 words per minute
