Administrative Assistant/Accounts Receiveble 

Because we are expanding rapidly through acquisitions and internal growth, we have an excellent opportunity available for an Administrative Assistant at our Los Angeles South branch located in Palm Springs, CA.  The primary role of the Branch Administrative Assistant is to ensure smooth and accurate completion of office operations and act as administrative support to the management team. The hourly rate for this position is $20.00-$23.00, depending on experience. We are hiring immediately!

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant position at our Los Angeles South branch, located in Corona, CA.  The hourly range for this position is $21.00-$29.00, depending on experience.  There is also opportunity for a performance based bonus.

Responsibilities

 Essential Skills & Responsibilities:

• Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently
• Outstanding organizational, time management and follow up skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
• Able to handle multiple projects at once
• Strong communication skills
• Collections experience  

Requirements

The candidate we are seeking should be able to handle multiple tasks, communicate efficiently via phone, email, and letter with professionalism and detail, and have excellent organizational, time management and follow up skills. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years collections experience. 

• Contact customers with delinquent accounts and/or to ensure they have received their invoice and communicate terms of payment.
• Work in close proximity to coworkers in an open environment.
• Handle sensitive financial and or personal customer information.
